Past award winners invited to be part of 35th Anniversary year
2026 is a special year for St Hugh's. This year we are taking the opportunity to celebrate 35 years of support for the arts in our area!
In June 2026, St Hugh’s will present THIRTYFIVE / 35 ; a month-long exhibition and programme of events celebrating 35 years of supporting artists and arts organisations across greater Lincolnshire, Hull and East Yorkshire.
We would like as many past Award winners as possible to be part of this, and would love to include your work or reflections as part of the celebration.
The exhibition/ events will take place at Fountain Arts, Scunthorpe, throughout June 2026, with an opening event on Friday 5 June. Alongside the exhibition, there will be a small programme of talks, Q&As, demonstrations and discussions led by past awardees.
We are contacting as many past winners as possible, but we do not have contacts for everyone - so if you have not already received an email please get in touch!
Contributions could be in a wide range of formats, including:
- A physical artwork
- A moving image, film or audio work
- A text excerpt, poem, or short written reflection
- A document or image from your creative process
- A short statement about how your St Hugh’s Award supported your development
- Proposals for workshops, talks, short performances, or participatory activities
