2009 Award ApplicationsThe St Hugh’s FellowshipAPPLICATION REQUIREMENTS Please first read the Foundation’s programme guidance. Applications can only be considered if the following information is supplied in the format requested. Your application will be photocopied for all the Trustees. Please use a word-processor or typewriter, or write clearly in black ink, only on one side of each sheet of your submission. We are looking for quality, not quantity, so please do not exceed the limits indicated. Number your pages as follows. Please do not staple them together. 1 Complete the cover sheet supplied. 2-3 Set out your project proposal on not more than two sheets of A4 paper, explaining what you wish to do, where, when, how and why, relating it to the Foundation’s key programme objectives. 4 Include a detailed budget showing how all your costs will be met (including funding from local authorities, the Arts Council, and other public and private sources). 5-6 Attach a summary CV on not more than two A4 sheets, listing (with dates) your main professional achievements, your work and employment experience, your education and training, and any qualifications or awards attained. Please give the name of a referee who would be able to tell us about the quality of your recent work. Please note that shortlisted applicants will need to be available to attend an interview on the date given in the programme guidance.
